Ж-Men...but not the ones you might expect!
This week LJ Russia launched Ж-Men, a new comedy series about superheroes, inspired by the LJ communities dedicated to superheros, comics and cartoons. The title's "Ж" comes from ЖЖ, the nickname for LiveJournal in Russia.

Ж-Men's script is written by a group of LJ enthusiasts who also happen to be television professionals. Who knew? Following the premiere, five more episodes will be broadcast over the next two weeks. We hope you find the series fresh and enjoyable.

It's been a few days~ not much has happened. But I'm excited about tomorrow.

My mentor, an old band director and great friend of mine, is performing at a festival tomorrow with his band and I get to go see him. After he quit, our band died, and I missed him so much when we got our new, grouchy director. So I haven't seen him in a while, though we've always kept in touch. This will be the first time since Graduation, since he couldn't go, so I'm happy I'll get to hug the living daylights out of him. XD

That also meant i got to go shopping. I don't have enough summer clothes. Now i have a cute lime green floral print skirt and brown tank top to wear tomorrow. ^_^ The performance is outside, so I wanted something light since I don't own many things like that.

Also, my family is mourning the loss of our dishwasher - or, more specifically, I AM, since I have to do ALL OF THEM from now until we get a new one. Oh why me~

And I started replaying the La Corda game on my computer. I forgot how hard it was. XD There's not enough time for everything, I swear. Other than that, though, it's been quiet out here in nowhere-land. I miss the city. College can't start soon enough, even if it's going to make me poor. I miss all the people and friends I could be having right now with me.

But I've made it up by watching D.Gray-Man... Tyki amuses the heck out of me, for a bad guy. Why did they have to make him make such funny faces? I shouldn't like him, by any stretch of the imagination, but I DO and it bothers me. The suspense of it is killing me so I have to keep watching... it's addicting... and... I MISS KANDA~ it's been too long since I've seen or heard him in an episode.

Now i swear I'm done ranting... ^^;

 There was nothing left for him anymore, nothing shanked him, all was diseased. So today, Valentine's Day, he was going in E2 to become a syphiltic satsuma.

I like RPGs a lot! I really do. I've also been discovering that I'm a fan of the action/adventure genre as well and have been enjoying hack 'n' slashes a lot. I wish to play more and more genres, if not all but due to a 'traumatic' event that occurred to me when I was young, I can't play first person shooters or survival/horror at all. Long story short, my dad played a survival/horror FPS, I watched....yeah....

INTRODUCE YOURSELF: Hi! I am a redhead who is a senior at Washington State University and I am majoring in Actuarial Science (probability and statistics for insurance and finance). Don't let my major confuse you...I'm really not that smart. Along with my love for video games, I also love math and anime. I am a tad bit crazy (OK, really crazy), and can totally go on for about two days about things that piss me off, but for the most part, I'm pretty happy!
